Refund policy

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at brownishbooks@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving your book bundle, to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item(s) to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will mail you a replacement.  We cannot guarantee that the replacement will be the same book(s) and/or bundle as the damaged bundle.

Non-returnable Items: Gift Cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
